PROJECTS
VALERO/GULF INTERSTATE-HHT TERMINAL CONSTRUCTION
Client: Valero/Gulf Interstate-HHT Terminal Construction
Location: Hearne, TX
Consist of four new tanks with an approximate combined capacity of 400,000 BBLS of storage, metering, sampling, two booster pumps in parallel, and two mainline pumps in series powered by variable frequency drives with provisions for a spare third mainline pump.
KINDER MORGAN-SABINE EXPANSION, STATION 760
Client: Kinder Morgan-Sabine Expansion, Station 760
Location: Eunice, LA
Installation of two Solar Mars 100 natural gas driven turbine / C41-6 compressor (15,900 HP) with scrubbers, l/o coolers and associated facilities. Compressor bldg., auxiliary bldg., one 42″ m/l pig l/r., two 42″ station suction headers, one 42″ station discharge header, meter and fuel skid, BD silencers, PCB with MCC equipment.
WILLIAMS GAS PIPELINE-STATION 30 & 40 MODIFICATION/REVERSE FLOW
Client: Williams Gas Pipeline-Station 30 & 40 Modification/Reverse Flow
Location: El Campo & Sour Lake, TX
Station 30 piping modification/reverse flow, new station discharge/suction piping, 2 new valves, mods to power gas and fuel gas systems. Station 40 reverse flow (new discharge piping, 2 new 30″ valves, remove “A” & “B” line pig receiver with straight pipe.
WILLIAMS GAS PIPELINE-STATION
Client: Williams Gas Pipeline-Station 95 Cooler Installation
Location: Marion Junction, AL
Cooler installation (4) at station 95. Demo existing underground unit 3 blowdown line, existing underground siphon drain headers, extend underground gas headers, install cooler inlet out outlet piping, install blowdown lines. Gas cooler foundations and pipe supports. Install two MCC sections.
KINDER MORGAN-FAIRBURN COMPRESSOR STATION

Installation of two Dresser-Rand 6HHE-VL six throw 9,000 HP 360 rpm electric motor driven reciprocating compressor units started by one 2,500HP Siemens sinamics perfect harmony GH180 variable frequency drive.

Installation of one skid mounted Solar Taurus 70 natural gas driven turbine compressor, associated scrubbers, coolers and auxiliary equipment.

Installation of one new 15,900 HP Solar Mars 100 natural gas turbine driven C65 compressor and associated facilities, plus the installation of approximately 4,300 ft. Of 30” pipeline lateral.

Removal and installation of coolers, plus flow reversal consisting of installation of piping, valves and two launcher/receivers. Also included multiple tie-ins.
